Assist Event Chairs with event development and execution by providing guidance, liaising with PFC Board and school staff, ensuring funds are spent per PFC budget. Works closely with VP Volunteer Coordinator
Coordinates and manages all PFC volunteer need fulfillment to support PFC positions and events. Includes supporting Teachers in fulfillment of Room Parent volunteers in the fall. Create sign-up lists for events, monitor sign-ups and communicate needs to board team
Lead and Coordinate PFC ParentSquare (PS) communications. Publish weekly PFC “Lupin Lineup” newsletter. Keep PS calendar updated with PFC Events and other important school events
Part of a two-person team. Prepare budget statements, keep and maintain accurate accounts of business disbursements, and gains and losses. Maintains communication with school/district staff to ensure financial forms and procedures are followed and completed. (With training!)
