2018/2019 Registration Check List

This is what you will need to do:

 

  1. Fill out the 2018/2019 Communications Consent Form

  2. Access the District Parent Portal (Aeries) at www.parent.lvusd.org 
    (Any issues with Aeries please contact the Lupin Hill Office when it reopens on August 8, 2018)

  3. The Emergency Disaster Tag will need to be filled out during your registration time slot. You will need your health insurance information as well as your doctor & dentist contact information, be sure to bring this information with you. (It has come to our attention that the yellow Emergency Information cards that were sent home in registration packages are not the correct cards. Please do not bother filling out and bringing these cards; we will have the correct cards at registration for you to fill out. These cards require Emergency Contact and Medical Information, so be sure to bring this information with you to fill out your child’s card onsite.We apologize for the inconvenience.) 
     

  4. Complete your Enrichment Fund Donation. All families who paid their full Enrichment Fund Donation on or before 8/19 will be receiving a FAST PASS for registration day, a 2018/2019 Lupin Hill Elementary T-shirt and a goody bag
     

All items in the Registration Checklist MUST be completed before you attend your registration time slot and receive your child's classroom assignment & teacher. 

 

Registration will be held in the Music Room, adjacent to the school entrance.

Kindergarten/Journeys

Monday, August 20, 2018 – 5:00-5:50pm.
The Kindergarten/Journeys Back to School Night will begin at 6:00pm (parents only).  We suggest you arrive early to avoid a line.


Grades 1-5 Registration

Tuesday, August 21, 2018
Fast Pass**: 4:00-4:30pm

A-G: 4:30-5:00pm

H-R: 5:00-5:30pm

S-Z: 5:30-6:00pm

** If you pre-paid your Enrichment Fund Donation in full or set up a payment plan, you are welcome to the registration hall at 4:00pm

If you cannot arrive before 5:50pm for Kinder Registration, or attend your 1-5 grade registration time slot, you may register at one of these alternative times:

Tuesday, August 21st from 4:00pm to 6:00pm in the Music Room.

Wednesday, August 22nd (first day of school) from 9:00am to 10:00am in the Music Room

Please note that you will be given your child’s classroom assignment and teacher during Registration.
