*Sponsorship Ad Guidelines:

  • Banner ad for weekly email blasts should be 300x250px, full color, 72dpi (JPG or PNG)

  • Magazine ad should be a standard 1/4 page (2 3/8" x 4 1/2"), full color, 300dpi (AI, PDF or Hi-Res JPG)

**Banner Guidelines:

  • All banners (6'x3') shall be provided by the sponsor and must be dropped off at the school.

  • Banners will be hung by the Lupin Hill Custodian in a first-come-first-serve basis based on payment/banner drop-off timing; sponsors are not permitted to hang or remove their own banners

  • Banners are not on display over summer break; therefore, they will be removed the end of the school year 

  • Lupin Hill Elementary PFC is not responsible for any banner damage such as wear and tear

Trunk or Treat ($300):

This event takes place at the end of October. Potential reach of 1200+ families and local neighbors. 500-800 attendees

Science Fair ($200):

This event takes place in February. Potential reach of 500+ families. 150-200 attendees

Jog-a-Thon ($300):

This event takes place around February / March. Nationwide reach. 550-1000 attendees

Family Fun Day ($300):
